![]() He triumphed over the devil, triumphed over all principalities and powers, triumphed over the kingdom of darkness. Jesus triumphed! Colossians 2:15 says, “Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it” (NKJV). That means he’s not going to be defeated-he already is! Satan was defeated, conquered and under Jesus’ feet. When Jesus arose from the dead after being crucified, a voice echoed through the universe, “It is finished!” Jesus left hell in shambles-totally and completely devastated. He gave us back the dominion and authority that rightfully belong to us as His children. God reclaimed THE BLESSING that was stolen in the garden and got His family back. What Adam gave over to Satan in the Garden of Eden by disobedience, was taken back by one perfect Man’s obedience. Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection was all part of the plan of Redemption. Celebrated by most people only once each year, we are meant to live and operate in resurrection power every day! The Start of It All On Resurrection Sunday, we commemorate the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, which He experienced willingly to provide us with abundant life now and for eternity. He is risen! What a special day we celebrate. If you celebrate Resurrection Sunday once a year, you’re missing out! You can live and walk in resurrection power every day.
